Nice basic stay but remember to bring all of your essentials and extra warm items Positive: The bed was comfortable and the site is nice the owners communicated well Negative: Was very basic in terms of equipment as in they don't provide very much, I didn't get the memo about there being no towels until I got there, they also didn't mention that no loo roll would be provided and the shop was closed when I arrived and there are no other shops for miles, also couldn't find the thermostat for the heating so was really cold and no amount of spray or cooking could get rid of the dog smell.

Sehr empfehlenswerter Ort zum Verweilen Positive: Der sehr wohnlich eingerichtete Wohnwagen ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Er befindet sich in einer schönen, gut gepflegten Anlage. Alles wirkt sehr sauber und ist gut erhalten. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich auf die kleine Terrasse vor der Eingangstür setzen. Ca. 1 km entfernt kann man eine Wanderung auf Holzstegen durch eine Moor-/Sumpflandschaft machen. Negative: Leider war nicht mal eine Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, darauf sollte man vorher hingewiesen werden. Dass man selbst Handtücher mitbringen muss, hatten wir vorher gelesen. Montags sind leider der Pool, das Gym und der Tennisplatz geschlossen.

While the location and facilities were fine, the caravan itself made the stay very uncomfortable Positive: The location of the park was fine – nothing spectacular, but it worked for a short break. It certainly wasn’t Center Parcs, but it offered some basic facilities that kept the kids entertained, such as a swimming pool, play area, and tennis courts. These amenities made the stay manageable and gave the children something to enjoy during our time there. Negative: Unfortunately, the caravan itself was the main disappointment. It had cleanliness issues, which led to my family experiencing problems with bites, and I personally suffered quite severe bites on my neck and head that left me sore for several days afterwards. While I was relieved that my two young children weren’t affected, it was worrying and made the stay very uncomfortable. For this reason, I would not recommend the accommodation.

Could be so much better, felt this is a money grabbing outfit. Positive: It was very quiet Negative: No Instructions; so no way of controlling the heating. Either too hot or cold. No hot water; phoned Daisy's Haven no reply! , WiFi Crashed, Gas fire wouldn't light, Shower room stank of hot oil. During office hours someone answered the phone. Maintenance guy arrived. He couldn't work out how to control the boiler, no thermostat to be found. Maint. guy supplied gas lighter so we could light the gas fire. Radiators failed to work or were on full blast. Cleaning lady arrived and resolved the stinking shower room. Shower hand set flexible pipe leaks. Kitchen timer defective, sofas worn out, dining table too high or seating too low. Grass was wet so the non existent path to the entrance meant dirt and wet grass was trampled into the front entrance. This could be so much better if someone could take an interest and implement some attention to detail. The overall impression; No one gives a sh1t. The caravan was clean though.

Lovely stay, highly recommend Positive: Lovely stay, caravan had everything we needed and was in a quiet area of the park but still very close to the facilities. Perfect for what we wanted, thank you!
